  • A 2 year old's memory

It astounds me how well Michael can remember the way to certain places. For example, when we're going to Grandma Turntine's house, the second I turn on the main road there, he goes 'Yeah!' from the backseat, followed by another scream of excitement when I turn down their street. And when we are almost to church, he either starts whining or saying railroad track! (Right past church is the Valley where Wal Mart and Target are located, but we have to go over railroad tracks to get there.) He newest feat is really surprised me since we had only been to that particular store once. I went to a parent teacher's store about a week ago, and there in front is a Thomas train set all put up for the kids to play with. Michael was estactic! When it was time to leave 20 minutes later, he threw the biggest and longest fit I've ever seen. So, when I went down that way yesterday to go to the bread store, he started saying, 'Thomas....train' over and over. Sorry to diasppoint you there, buddy. Now if only he could remember to be quiet when necessary......
